Friday the Thirteenth

It is Friday the thirteenth and Callum's day gets off to a bad start. Held up firstly by his annoying spotty sister and then by two teenage thugs, Callum is soon in trouble with Mr Wiggins, a strict new supply teacher. A new girl, Daisy, arrives at school and this seems only to add to Callum's problems.

Surely the day could not get any worse ... or could it?

Superstitions

Do you know what a superstition is? Some people believe that the number 13 is unlucky - and that the date Friday the Thirteenth is an especially unlucky day!
